How long is my item guaranteed for?

All jewellery from our gold and silver collection is inspected in accordance with the Dutch Hallmarking Act and manufactured with the greatest care. We therefore guarantee your purchase against manufacturing defects for 6 months.

My item arrived damaged

That is of course not what we intend, and we sincerely regret it. Contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve it straight away, in the way that suits you best. Our apologies for the inconvenience!
