Because of the Coronavirus, it might take longer than usual for your order to be processed. We are doing everything we can to make sure that you receive your jewellery as soon as possible. We would like to ask you to be patient and we hope you understand. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic e-mail. Because of the current situation, it is extremely busy at the postal services. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order within the usual time of delivery. However, the option "express delivery" does include a track&trace code so we would be able to track your order this way.
The collection of Names4ever has been officially hallmarked by the Dutch (and international) law. All gold jewellery of Names4ever is made of 14 Karat gold and is therefore marked with the number 585. Our silver jewellery is made of Sterling silver and is therefore marked with the number 925.
The purpose of hallmarking is to protect the consumer from deception and to protect entrepreneurs from fraud and wrongful competition. That is why all products that are made of precious metals, must be officially hallmarked before they can be sold.
Yes, all our jewellery are nickel free. This is really nice for people that have an allergy for nickel. A nickel allergy can lead to red, itchy spots and can really be annoying. Nickel is used in a lot of jewellery like earrings, piercings and necklaces. Nickel is a non-noble metal and is therefore NOT used by Names4ever
Real silver turns black! Thus it shows that your piece of jewellery is made of real silver. The reason for this is that silver oxidizes when it is exposed to oxygen. Silver jewellery will also turn black when it is exposed to sweat, perfume (body lotion and hand crème) and cleaning products. Another cause of this can be that the pH level of your skin is a bit different from normal. Even the use of certain medication and your health can influence the darkening of your silver piece of jewellery.
Some silver pieces of jewellery are made with rhodium or have been gilded. This will slow down the oxidization of the silver and will give the silver a lighter colour. It will become the colour of steel. Because we don't like this, we have chosen NOT to work with rhodium.
Real silver turns black or brown, this cannot be helped. Still you can get the shine back of your silver jewellery. You can get a flannel polishing cloth for silver from your local jewellery shop. When you polish your silver jewellery with this cloth, you can remove the layer of dirt on your piece of jewellery and let it sparkle once more!
You can place an order at Names4ever in a few very simple steps. Customers do not need an account to order their products. All the prices on our website include sales tax.
You can only cancel your order when the order has not yet been taken into production. Usually it will be a day before we take an order into production. If you want to cancel your order, we advise you to contact us directly and immediately. As soon as we are producing your item, cancellation will be impossible. Every item we make is a custom piece of jewellery. That is why cancelling your order is not possible after we have begun the production process. When placing an order with standard delivery no extra costs are charged for the shipment of your order.
It is possible to choose for Express delivery*. For this delivery method we charge £ 4.95 shipping costs. When the order value is higher than £ 100, this shipping method is free of charge as well.
* With an Express delivery you will receive your order in a shorter amount of time. Furthermore the package will be shipped with Track and Trace so that you can follow your package.
Do you want to add an extra name to your piece of jewellery or is it not exactly what you were looking for? In that case you can request our customer service to adjust the item you want. Our customer service will let you know if it is possible to carry out your request and if there are any extra costs involved. You can contact our customer service at: email@example.com. All our payments are handled by our paymentprovider Ogone. Ogone uses a very safe SSL-server that sends encrypted credit card data. Our webshop receives payment without us seeing your financial information.

The delivery time of your jewellery is dependent on the chosen shipping method. There are two shipping methods possible:
With the express delivery you will receive a track and trace link in your shipment confirmation e-mail. Our parcels will fit through the mailbox, which means that you donâ€™t need to stay home to receive your order. Unless you have an order value higher than £ 100. Then we will ship your order with the requirement to sign upon delivery (due to safety reasons).
After your jewellery has been produced, the order will be shipped immediately. You then will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order has been shipped.
When you have chosen for Express delivery, your order will be shipped with Track and Trace. The shipment confirmation e-mail will than contain a Track and Trace link.
When you have chosen for standard delivery, the shipment does not include Track and Trace. Unfortunately it is then not possible to follow your package.
No problem. At the first step of your checkout, you can fill in your delivery address. You just check the box "Send order to different delivery address" and fill in the boxes.
At this moment it is not possible to pick up your order at our location. We will do all that is possible to get your custom piece of jewellery delivered to your delivery address!
You just placed your order and now it's our job to make something beautiful. That's why we will pay extra attention to the packaging of your custom made jewellery. We deliver all our name jewellery in a, strong, attractive jewellery box to make sure your custom pieces of jewellery will arrive in perfect condition at your home.
Most of our jewellery are produced with a personal touch like a name, date or a piece of text. Therefore it is not possible to return these items after purchase. But if you have received a product with a production error, then we are to blame and we want to solve this as fast as possible. In that case you can return the product and we offer our sincere apologies. Jewellery without personalisation that are not custom made, can always be exchanged or returned! Do you have a piece of jewellery with a production error? Then you can sent the item back to us. How do you do this? First send an e-mail to our customer service email@example.com and request a return. It's best to send us a picture of the jewellery you received. If it all checks out, we will send you a return form on which you mention your order number and the reason for return. The moment your piece of jewellery has been received back by us, we will take the appropriate action to give you the product that you want in perfect condition.
If we have made a production error, we will accept your return and also pay for the shipping costs involved. The maximum amount of shipping costs we reimburse £3,- from your address to the Netherlands.
We expect that you ask for a return form within 7 days after you have received your order. We trust that you will return your piece of jewellery to us unblemished and undamaged (production errors are ofcourse accepted).
All silver and gold jewellery in the collection of Names4ever have been officially hallmarked by the Dutch (and international) law and have been produced with the utmost care. That is why the warranty on your order is 6 months for production errors.
