At Names4ever, our quality guarantee is a top priority. For us, that means only the very best quality personalised jewellery will do! We therefore do everything we can to deliver jewellery you can be proud of!

Experience

Names4ever was founded in 2007, building on years of experience in the jewellery trade. We have been gaining experience in our shops, wholesale business and workshop since the 1960s. As a result, we know better than anyone what it takes to provide people with durable and, above all, beautiful jewellery. Since 2007, Names4ever has taken things a step further by focusing on personalised jewellery. This means we make all our jewellery ourselves and add the engraving to finish each piece exactly the way you want it. Whether it is for yourself or a gift for someone else, we always aim to deliver the best possible result.

Guarantee

All products you buy from Names4ever come with a guarantee of the best quality. Should you receive a product whose quality falls short on arrival, you can exchange it free of charge for a new one. We apply the statutory guarantee as set out in the guarantee provisions of the Thuiswinkel Waarborg (Dutch home shopping guarantee). This applies to all our products for up to six months after purchase of the jewellery. Once you discover a defect, you must let us know within two months that you wish to claim under the guarantee. If the defect was caused by incorrect use by the customer, an exchange is no longer possible.

Customer satisfaction

We cannot improve our quality any further if we do not know what quality means to our customers. For this reason, we regularly survey your expectations of our service and your satisfaction with the quality of our products. We then implement possible improvements in order to continuously increase customer satisfaction.
