Delivery

You can expect your jewellery to arrive from approximately 5 working days after placing your order. As soon as you place an order, your jewellery goes into production. Making a piece of name jewellery usually takes two to three working days. On the last working day, we will dispatch your jewellery. Postal delivery then takes a further 1-2 working days.

You cannot track your order during shipping. As soon as we have packed everything and the postal service has collected it from us, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming that your order has been dispatched. It then generally takes another 1 to 2 working days before the jewellery you ordered is delivered to you.

Would you like to receive your order at a different address? That is no problem at all for us. You can specify the delivery address in the first step of the checkout. Under delivery address, you can tick the box to have the parcel delivered to a different address.

It is currently not possible to collect your order from us or at another location. However, we do everything in our power to get your new jewellery to your home as quickly as possible!

You have just placed your order, and now it is our job to turn it into something beautiful. That is why we pay a great deal of attention to packing your order. A beautiful box and sturdy packaging ensure that your newly ordered jewellery arrives at your home in perfect condition.
