    • All our payments are handled by our paymentprovider Ogone. Ogone uses a very safe SSL-server that sends encrypted credit card data. Our webshop receives payment without us seeing your financial information. If you pay by credit card, the money will be debited immediately after payment.

    If it is possible, try a different payment method. If this also doesn't work, you can best contact us by phone. Then we can tell you if the problem lies with you or if there is a general malfunction with our webshop.
