Most of our jewellery are produced with a personal touch like a name, date or a piece of text. Therefore it is not possible to return these items after purchase. But if you have received a product with a production error, then we are to blame and we want to solve this as fast as possible. In that case you can return the product and we offer our sincere apologies. Jewellery without personalisation that are not custom made, can always be exchanged or returned! Do you have a piece of jewellery with a production error? Then you can sent the item back to us. How do you do this? First send an e-mail to our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org and request a return. It's best to send us a picture of the jewellery you received. If it all checks out, we will send you a return form on which you mention your order number and the reason for return. The moment your piece of jewellery has been received back by us, we will take the appropriate action to give you the product that you want in perfect condition.
If we have made a production error, we will accept your return and also pay for the shipping costs involved. The maximum amount of shipping costs we reimburse £3,- from your address to the Netherlands.
We expect that you ask for a return form within 7 days after you have received your order. We trust that you will return your piece of jewellery to us unblemished and undamaged (production errors are ofcourse accepted).
