Most of our jewellery are produced with a personal touch like a name, date or a tekst. Therefore it is not possible to return these items after purchase. But if you have received a product with a production error then we are to blame and we want to solve this as fast as possible. In that case you can return the product and we offer our sincere apologies.

If you want to return your jewellery, the shipping costs for returning your order are for your own account. Unless it is our fault ofcourse (production error), then the costs for returning your order are for our account. If it is our fault, we hope to give you the best service as you can expect from us.

Packaging and procedure of returning

If the ordered jewellery has an error of any kind we are sincerely sorry. But... it can always happen. Therefore you can return it to us. The first step is by letting us know the reason of return. You have to request a return form on which you mention the ordernumber and the reason of return. We ofcourse hope to satisfy you at once the next time you order with us!
