Despite the high quality of the jewellery in our assortment, it can happen that a piece of name jewellery is not perfect. In that case we will be happy to find an appropriate solution for you as quickly as possible.

If a piece of jewellery is defective when you receive it, please return it to us within fourteen calendar days of receipt, together with the original invoice/packing list.

If a piece of name jewellery breaks after more than fourteen calendar days, we will solve the problem for you as quickly as possible. Depending on the type of jewellery, we will either replace or repair it. Please send us a request for repair by email to
